Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 

Date: April 1, 2026

The 2026 AGM will be held in person at the date, time, and location listed above. Awards Banquet to follow. 

Elections for the 2025/2026 Season 

The following Zone Executive positions are up for election: 

1.Assistant Commissioner (Board appointed) 

2. Treasure 

3. U11 Coordinator 

4. U13 Coordinator 

5. U15 Coordinator 

6. Member at Large 2 (Coach Certifications) 

7. Equipement Coordinator

8. Secretary ( 1 year term)

All positions are for a two-year term unless otherwise stated. Duties and responsibilities for each role can be found HERE . For additional inquiries, please contact the Commissioner. 

Nomination Process 

Deadline: March 20, 2026 
Requirements: Nominations must be submitted by a third party and include a write-up about the nominee. 
Submission: Send nominations to the Assistant Commissioner at padge@shaw.ca
Important: Nominees must be present at the AGM to be placed on the ballot. Floor nominations will not be accepted. 

Bylaw Amendments 

Proposed amendments to the bylaws must be submitted to the Commissioner by March 14, 2026. Proposals from the floor will not be considered. 

Financials 

The financial statements will be available on our website and at the meeting. If you would like to review the budget or have any questions, please reach out to us.
